Ken is a co-founder of Sequeira Partners in British Columbia and a respected authority on middle market corporate finance transactions. He has over 20 years experience advising clients in B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan, and has completed a wide range of transactions in the industrial and diversified sectors. Ken assists clients with all aspects of advisory services including business sales, valuations, succession planning, and executing merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining Sequeira Partners, Ken led the corporate finance practice for a Big Four accounting firm in British Columbia. His experience spans both large and small companies, including time with Canadian Pacific Railway and management positions at an entrepreneurial public company.
When not working on deals, Ken enjoys stopping hockey pucks, spending time with his wife and three boys, and struggling through endless home renovations.
