Sequeira Partners was engaged by EDEX to assist with the acquisition of UCC, a portfolio company of Marmon Holdings Inc..
The Sequeira team advised EDEX on the acquisition process including strategy, initial valuation, development of transaction terms, advising on the structure and consideration mix and assisting with due diligence and pre-closing matters.
This acquisition represents EDEX’s expansion into the US and allows the group of companies to better serve customers with a local US presence with an opportunity to gain meaningful market share.
