Nicole joined Sequeira Partners in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience leading operational, marketing, and organizational initiatives within professional services environments. As Manager of Operations, she oversees the firm’s day‑to‑day operations across all three Sequeira locations, providing strategic direction and executional oversight across core functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, and Marketing.
Outside the office, Nicole spends time with her daughters and the office dog, Bono. She enjoys good coffee, the outdoors, and the thrill of a great antique or thrift store find.
