Description of Transaction
Sequeira Partners was engaged to assist the Shareholders of Empire in its sale to Horizon North. The Sequeira team assisted Empire through a targeted sale process including initial valuation, marketing, preliminary negotiations, pricing, due diligence, and negotiation of final transaction terms.
The transaction allowed the shareholders to monetize their investment in the business while participating as significant shareholders in Horizon North.
