Sequeira Partners was engaged to assist ENTREC through the court mandated Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (“SISP”) including developing a list of potential bidders, communicating and meeting with interested parties, preparing and distributing marketing materials, managing the data room, and negotiating the transaction.
The sale of ENTREC USA to ProLift supports a seamless transition for ENTREC USA’s operations. Combining ProLift’s OEM to site capabilities, ENTREC USA’s heavy haul, heavy lift cranes, and both companies’ deep rigging experience, will deliver excellent value and best in class services to their customers.
