Sequeira Partners was engaged by Morgan to assist with finding the right capital partner and structure for the Company’s ongoing credit needs to support its growth and demands for new equipment.
The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the financing process including marketing the business to a range of prospective lenders, negotiating preliminary and final financing terms, advising on the structure, and assisting with due diligence and other pre and post closing matters.
The financing arrangement secured with Gordon Brothers, acting as agent and lead, will allow Morgan capital flexibility as the business continues to grow and navigates demands to fund growth in working capital and future equipment needs.
