Sequeira Partners was engaged to assist Redhead Equipment with evaluation of alternative succession arrangements and the completion of a transaction with Silver Peak Capital. Sequeira provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction process including valuation, the negotiation of transaction terms, due diligence support and final deal completion.
With Silver Peak Capital, Redhead was able to achieve its objective of partnering with family capital to preserve the Redhead culture and legacy and support the company’s growth.
