Sequeira Partners was engaged by Streamline to assist the shareholders in finding the right partner to allow the shareholders to monetize their investment in the Company. The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction process including negotiating preliminary and final deal terms, advising on the structure, and assisting with due diligence and other pre-closing matters.
The sale to an undisclosed buyer. The sale marks an important milestone for Streamline as it enters its next phase of growth.
