Sequeira Partners was engaged by TerraLogix Solutions Inc. to assist its shareholders in identifying a strategic partner that would support the next stage of the Company’s growth and evolution.
The Sequeira team advised TerraLogix throughout the transaction process including marketing the business to potential partners, negotiating preliminary and final deal terms, advising on transaction structure and consideration, as well as supporting due diligence and other pre-closing matters.
The sale to Kintera will allow the Company to leverage the resources and capabilities of a broader multidisciplinary environmental services platform, providing its team and clients with access to an expanded service offering and a stronger combined footprint across Western Canada. The partnership will strategically position the Company for continued growth while maintaining its existing leadership and building on the strong business, trusted client relationships, technical expertise and reputation TerraLogix has established in its markets.
