Sequeira Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Tetrad in connection with its partnership with BridgeWerk and Clear North. Sequeira Partners worked with Tetrad’s shareholders to realize on the value created through years of operational execution and to identify the right strategic partner to support the Company’s next chapter of growth.
The Sequeira team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction, including marketing the business to prospective partners, negotiating preliminary and final transaction terms, advising on structure and consideration, and supporting diligence and other pre-closing matters.
The partnership positions Tetrad for its next phase of growth alongside BridgeWerk and Clear North, enabling the Company to build on its strong foundation and expand its presence across Western Canada.
